- It is important to know the environment that your containers will be placed in. Please note the length of time that they are in the direct sun or the amount of shade. This way we can choose appropriate plant material for the area. Please bring only empty pots. There is a service charge to discard old soil. Orders are filled on a first come, first serve basis.
- Be very clear of your preferences and color choices. We will substitute with the closest variety and color if what you originally picked is unavailable at the time your order is being filled. There will be an additional charge to redo any containers.
- You will be given a date to pick up your containers. Please pick them up promptly as we have limited space. There will be a maintenance fee of $2.00 per day per pot if they are left more than three days.
- You must approve and pay for your containers before we will deliver them.
- Occasionally we are unable to plant and / or deliver heavy over sized containers and reserve the right to determine such items. However, we can plant them at your home or office by appointment. Please inquire about this additional service. You may contact us Here.
