1. The first step in any Landscape Design is to think about everything you want to see and write it down. This list will be very important to our designer.
2. At the first meeting with our designer we will need a copy of your property survey showing all existing structures, property lines, and any easements. Also during the first meeting we will discuss all the ideas that you have for your Landscape (Your Notes). We will make some simple suggestions on how to improve your yard accordingly, and the design process can begin!
3. A follow up visit with the designer will usually happen within a two week period. During the follow up visit you will see a copy of the first concept plan for your new Landscape. At this time we will discuss budgets and if there is anything additional you will want incorporated into the design. By the end of this visit you should be able to set up a starting point and the first stage of construction.
4. With the final visit we will have any revuisions made to the drawing and a contract written for the first phase of installation. If you do not wish to go to contact then we will ask for payment of the design work. The design charges start at $250. This will allow our designer to leave a copy of the design with you for your own use. If you contract with us for installation the design charges are usually waived.
5. Once we have a signed contract and deposit we will schedule the installation. How long it takes to start the project will depend on the time of year, but usually it is at least a two week time period.
6. For the final step, our crew will install and complete your new Landscape. Then you can sit back, relax and enjoy!
