It is time to seed your lawns. September is the best time of year to apply grass seed. You get steady moisture and warm temperatures that allow the seed to germinate quickly and get established before winter.
Don’t forget to apply Mag-I-Cal for ph adjustment and Starter Fertilizer to give the little seeds a fighting chance.
